Harvest Sun Bouquet Brooch, Vintage Avon

A little bunch of sunflowers, gathered at the stem like someone just picked them from the edge of a field in late September. All gold, all shine, and they catch the light every time you move.

It's signed Avon, and it has that happy, polished finish their jewelry was known for. I pinned it low on my bag scarf, but it would look just as good on a denim jacket or a camel coat all fall.
