The Rosarium Locket

A romantic vintage locket in warm 12k gold-fi, its cover deeply engraved with a lavish spray of full-blown roses, buds, and leaves against a finely stippled ground - the kind of old-world floral work that rewards a second look. Made by H.F.B. (Hayward), a maker known for gold-filled keepsake lockets of this style. A hinged locket that opens to hold a photograph or keepsake close.

Measures approximately 1½" across at its widest. In excellent vintage condition - the engraving crisp and the surface bright, with only the faintest wear to show its age. A true heirloom piece - the sort of thing passed hand to hand across generations.
